A graduate of Shannon College of Hotel Management in Ireland, Rob moved to the UK joining Forte Posthouse Hotels Management programme and has spent his career to date predominantly in large luxury hotels in London. Rob has worked for PPHE for over 8 years across 3 of their central London properties and has worked on large capital and repositioning projects. Awarded an Acorn and a St Julian's Scholarship in the early part of his senior career, Rob credits the scholarship to Cranfield for accelerating his career. Rob is passionate about supporting the next generations of Leaders in our industry and works closely with charities and industry partners to develop careers.
