Aspiring Leaders Diploma 2023/24 Applications Open!
Calling all hotel managers and supervisors! The Aspiring Leaders Diploma (MIALD) is now open for applications for its 2023/24 academic year and you could be one of the next ambitious hoteliers to be a part of this much sought-after hospitality qualification.
Now in its 11th year, the programme provides hoteliers looking to excel in their careers with the knowledge and skills they need in order to do so. Comprised of eight sessions taking place over a 12-month period, successful applicants benefit from insight from some of the most experienced experts in the industry alongside group workshops, networking opportunities, project work and more.
“I am always excited when we open applications for our Aspiring Leaders Diploma as it is a chance to help develop and grow the next hotel leaders of the future, which is always great to see,” said Dan Rose-Bristow MI, Chairman of Master Innholders.
Previous students of the programme have gone on to achieve great success in their career, including Raul Deflorian MIH, Front of House Manager at art’otel London Battersea Power Station, as well as Jill Van Rest, Hotel Manager at Strand Palace.

Prospective applicants are invited to complete our application form with a supporting statement from their general manager or sponsor. These should be sent, along with a CV and recent photograph, via email to hilary@merlin-consultancy.com.
Deadline for applications is 3rd March 2023. If selected for an interview, these will take place on 30th March 2023.
