MIALD Alumni community, Innholder Graduates, officially launches
Damien Martin IG IS, Chair of Master Innholders Graduate Alumni, announces the launch of the new alumni community for those who have completed the Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma (MIALD).
As Chair of the Master Innholders Graduate Alumni, I am incredibly proud to mark the formal launch of our alumni community, the Innholder Graduates. It’s a milestone that’s been a long time in the making, and one I’m personally very excited to see come to fruition. What began as conversations and shared aspirations has now become a structured network designed to strengthen the lasting connections formed through the Aspiring Leaders Diploma.
Professional development has always been at the heart of the Aspiring Leaders Diploma. Our aim with the introduction of the Innholder Graduates is to ensure that this development continues long after the programme is completed, giving alumni the opportunity to continue to grow and learn. One of the many ways we are doing this is by through our events, including the annual Innholder Graduates Spring meeting. Bringing together alumni, mentors and industry professionals, it’s an opportunity for us all to come together, reflect and ensure we continue to learn and grow in our careers.
But it’s also about community. The Innholder Graduates allows us to create a powerful community of talented individuals who continue to shape the future of our industry. This formal alumni network allows us to celebrate that shared journey, support one another beyond graduation, and create meaningful opportunities for collaboration, mentorship, and continued learning.
It’s an exciting new beginning, and the rest of the alumni committee and I are dedicated to building an engaged, supportive, and forward-thinking alumni community that evolves with each new cohort. By creating opportunities to connect past and present graduates, we aim to foster a spirit of generosity, knowledge-sharing, and inspiration that reflects the very best of the Master Innholders ethos.
I am deeply grateful to everyone who has contributed their time, energy, and vision to bring this initiative to life. As we look ahead, I am excited to see how future cohorts will shape and strengthen the alumni network, ensuring it remains a vibrant and valuable part of the Master Innholders legacy for years to come.
