SJS Spring Meeting Programme Announced

Mark your calendars, the St Julian Scholars spring meeting will take place at The Queens Hotel Leeds on Monday 22nd April 2024!

With a theme of ‘Sustaining Business into the Future’, the speaker line up will include a range of fantastic speakers and presentations, including:

  • An overview of the hospitality industry and the latest work from UKHospitality from Kate Nicholls OBE

 

  • A panel on sustainability from the likes of Sue Williams MI, Kate Orszulik from the Considerate Group and moderated by Raphaella Yver SJS

 

  • A look into the future of destination restaurants from Simon Numphud of AA Media and Adam Reid from The French at the Midland Hotel

 

  • A Springboard UK update from Kerry Mabbley

Registration will open from 8:45am, with the meeting commencing at 9:30am and finishing after a light lunch at around 2pm. There is no cost to delegates to attend the Spring meeting, so we encourage all members of the community to attend.

We will also be offering a Safari Supper on Sunday 21st April, which will commence with a starter and cocktails at Kino Restaurant & Bar, a main course at The Cut & Craft and dessert and more cocktails at Anjelica Leeds, all for the sum of just £50.

Timings are as follows: meet at The Queens Hotel around 5:15pm before making the short walk to Kino for 6pm, The Cut & Craft at 7:30pm and Anjelica for 9pm.
